Automation

The process runs fully automatically and continuously and is dimensioned to operate up to 24 hours a day, all days of the year.

There is a dedicated central PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) of last generation, interconnected to the various sensors of pressure, temperature, level, position and various other physical variables.

This Dedicated PLC receives and processes analog and digital information to give reference to the control components such as pneumatic actuators, speed controllers, starters and more.

Thus, the operation becomes simple, and after start up it will be only needed supervision and sporadic attendance to eventual alarms and indication of functioning deviation.

The only manual activity in the process is the feeding of the waste accumulation devices in the initial treatment system.
