The basic design of the process has been thoroughly subjected to rigorous analysis of safety and operability.

For this evaluation method was adopted HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study).

This method examines, in a structured and systematic pattern, the processual basic design to identify and evaluate problems or faults that can not only prevent the efficient operation of the systems, possible hazards to operating and maintenance personnel as well as for involved equipment involved and the instalations as a whole.
