Gasification units

We sell, install and operate Waste and Biomass Gasification systems.

The gasification process of our systems occurs through anaerobic pyrolysis of high efficiency.

The benefits of the process can be considered not only as the generation of thermal or electric energy, but also as a solution for the disposal of waste involved, unwanted or not .

We have technology to gasify waste with up to 70 % moisture, without previous drying .

The gasification system is based on modular covering pyrolysis reactors from capacity of 250 kg/h and virtually no upper limit, since the reactors, core of the process are standardized and can be multiplied in order to achieve the desired capacity .

In general the preparation of the waste and the gas treatment are unified systems and do not follow the modulation of the gasification units.

A complete gasification system consists of a system for preparation of waste, gasification units with dedicated loading system, a treatment system of the produced gas and a system of electric energy generation. Components of the systems are basically several equipments, measuring elements of physical variables, logical automatic operation via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) , interconnecting piping, cables, electrical connections, command and data elements.
